  LOL! Yes, Shelley, like that. Oh, ask Country Girl. She's really good at coming up with "pet names." That's where my "Frannie Banannie, Queen of Franistan" came from and also "Crabby Pants." I think her SN should be "Goddess of Gotchya."

  Stupidity is doing the same thing over and over while expecting different results.

  And the next saying after that is a favorite in the ER: There is no cure for stupidity; it is, however, a terminal condition.

  Yep, Scully. That's the problem in a nutshell. And I have no doubts as to why it's popular in the ER....heheh

  Now THAT would be a break, Candidlynuts! They're not truly making any profit at this time, though. Western Union is onto them, and that's the method by which they require that responders QUICKLY wire them their alleged 1% of the alleged winnings.

  saw my husband working outside and literally chased him around the back of the house and pounded and called through the sliding glass door.

  when we ignored it, he went around to the front and pounded and called through that door.

  ((((((Brunnhilde))))))) That's stalking and outright harrassment of you and your family! Sounds like they need a "cease and desist or else" letter sent to the locals at the KH's nearby, if it's possible for your or your husband to handle it this way, so there won't be any untoward repercussions that could damage you further. I hope you're able to assuage your child's fears in this matter.

  I wonder if they have any inkling that behavior like this just terrorizes people and does NOT endear them in anyone's eyes in any way.

  i work part time as a "body adornment specialist" which essentially means i'm a body piercer.

  i work at a shop that is owned and operated by someone who is a fairly big deal in the body modification industry.

  You know what's funny Frannie? This exact same scam just came through on my email as I was reading your post, except it's POWERBALL I won. hehe.

  A coupla weeks ago, he got notification that he'd won The New York Power Ball Lottery to the tune of.....$285,000!!!

  Yep, looks like exactly the same scam, Odrade. You can turn it over to your local DA if you haven't already. Hard to believe, but there's people out there that still fall for this shtuff.

  Where has this guy been the last 2-3 years under a rock??? Nobody with half a brain cell would be taken in by this kind of scam after its been ALL over the news and ALL over the talk show circuits and yes...ALL over the internet to be aware that they are NOTHING BUT RIPOFFS.

  Hopefully lesson LEARNED!

  LovesDubs, he's the epitome of "Forest Gump with a bad attitude." Only "cooks" on 2.5 burners, but talks a good enough game to convince anyone who doesn't know him that he's wheelin' and dealin' with all four burners lit up. His lesson is learned THIS time only. His other ex almost didn't bail him out and told him it'd be the last time she'd lend him money for his stupidity. Personally, I'm glad she's the one who "went off" on him.

  I really hate to see him pull out his stupidity on shtuff like this. I know it can't be helped but it hurts his pride as well as his ability to navigate life's little pitfalls and there's not a dang thing I can do about it.

  Open Mind, in regard for jdubya teachings, true repentance should include making up for the errors that comprised the sin against those who were victimized. You might ask your wife if their righting of past wrongs shouldn't include also going through their files and doing a cleanup work on past cases, ie: accusations against those still held in good standing, though having been accused in the past. Personally, I think that this should be done. Not to do it is just wrong. It makes their efforts to CYA appear to be just that and only for the legal aspects of the dilemma where the WTS legal liability is concerned.

  hi gang , its good to be back ...........i have gone through 2 years of captivity ,,i have been out of the jws since 2002, i moved to austin ,,texas in 2004.. i even had the priviledge of attending a true dallas apostofest,which i will never forget..met alot of great apostates..

  but for 2years i have been in a tailspin..last april my 20yr old jehovah witness daughter got married in minnesota.

  oh ya i was invited, only to the wedding which was not held in a kingdom hall (because of me iam sure)..my son who was never baptized came allthe way from florida to his little sisters wedding, only to be treated like he was da or df..we were not allowed at the reception and the only pictures i got were from my other daughter who (she was studying at the time so she was allowed to stay for all the festivities..) so me and my son decided to do what any out cast would do...went drinking and checking out the quaint little town that night...had a blast...they had not won ,,i was down but not out...haha
